Move It - Cliff Richard (1958)
Vince Taylor & The Playboys - Brand New Cadillac (1959)
BJS was living just outside Cranford from 1955 until 1961 with his uncle and auntie.
His near neighbour, Ritchie Blackmore, was grateful for guitar lessions.

It was Tex Makins who got BJS into Marty Wilde's Band, The Wildcats.
Two months later Marty got drummer Brian Bennett and bassist Brian Locking into the band.
They were all friends in Soho's 2is Coffee Club.

The first recording they did was in 1958.
(it was the Album "Wilde About Marty")

They did Summer Seasons in Liverpool in 1958 and Bournemouth in 1959.

For more details please view BJS's Wikipedia page and the "Bands" Section of this Website.
